New Braunfels runs on a calendar most repair companies don't plan around. From late spring through the summer river season, your hotels and rentals are full and your laundry equipment runs hard, day after day — which is precisely when a worn bearing, a no-heat dryer, or a clogged drain pump picks to fail. We schedule pre-season preventative maintenance to get ahead of it, and we keep priority dispatch available through the rush, with same-day service when availability allows and repair timing confirmed after diagnosis and a parts check.
Call or submit the form with the machine, the symptoms, and your New Braunfels location. We prioritize by urgency — and during peak season, we triage fast.
We provide on-site diagnostics in Comal County, confirm parts availability, and explain the repair timeline before work proceeds.
We test the repair before we leave and can set up a preventative-maintenance plan so next season's full house isn't riding on aging equipment.
Yes — that's exactly when it matters. River and tubing season packs New Braunfels hotels, resorts, and rentals from late spring through summer, and that's when linen volume (and equipment strain) peaks. We offer priority dispatch and pre-season preventative maintenance to help identify wear before your busiest weekends. If something does go down mid-season, we respond fast — by callback after hours — and target same-day response.
Yes. New Braunfels and Comal County are along the I-35 corridor we cover regularly from San Antonio. Our trucks come to your property — hotel, resort, vacation-rental operation, healthcare facility, or senior-living community — to diagnose the issue, confirm parts availability, and plan the repair.
